No arrests had been made, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
Shortly before 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb 28, Trenton police responded to a shooting in progress at 428 Ardmore Ave.
Police found an unresponsive male victim on the porch suffering from a gunshot wound, Onofri said.
The victim has been identified as Shawn Moore. He was pronounced dead at that location a short time later, Onofri said.
The investigation is ongoing.
